Cephalotus follicularis – Hummer’s Giant

Hummer’s Giant’ is one of the largest cephalotus that can go up to 8 cm wide. It was selected and described by the American farmer John Hummer. In 1986, John received a shipment of young cephalotus from Australia, but it wasn’t until years later that he chose this clone after it was fully developed and showed its true size.

A particularity of this clone is the very straight, almost vertical lid.
