Byblis

Byblis is a small genus of dicotyledonous plants in the family Byblidaceae. It includes 7 species, including five annual species (B. liniflora, B. filifolia, B. Aquatica, B. guehoi and B. rorida) and two perennial or perennial species (B. lamellata and B. gigantea). They are herbaceous carnivorous plants (with a passive mechanism) native to Australia and New Guinea.
