Summer :
Maximum 35°C, (can tolerate more provided it has a well-moistened substrate)

Winter:
-10°C, tolerates frosts.

WATER and HYGROMETRY

Water :
A saucer or tub with about two centimeters of water should submerge the base of the pot, or even up to the height of the pot in the summer. In winter the substrate should always be damp, but not soggy.

Hygrometry:
Not important for this species

LIGHT

High light levels, especially during the growing season. A good luminosity allows a beautiful coloration and a good development of the plant.
