Superb subjects of the variety B52, a hybrid with spectacular traps easy to cultivate, as long as the peat is wet and the environment is bright. This carnivorous plant is appreciated for its “active” capture technique: its “wolf traps” close on an insect if the latter touches one of the cilia placed in the trap.
The culture is easy: placed in a sunny peat bog, dionaea flourishes with a watering without limestone, moderate in winter and more important according to the temperatures.

Superb specimens of Dionaea, variety known as “B52” This strain was obtained by horticultural crosses around 2006. It has been selected for its spectacular trapdoors that can reach 6 cm when adult! It is also an easy plant, rather rustic which can be kept outside (in winter it enters in rest and its air parts blacken). For its development, place it in a sunny place with a cup of water under the pot. Depending on the temperature and humidity it will need to be watered frequently.
